According to our military database, a small quantity of South African-made Mamba 4×4 armored vehicles was produced for the Estonian Armed Forces under the name of Mamba Mk2 EE. Citing information from “Ukraine ധҽąքօղ Tracker”, the vehicles were used by Estonian forces after refurbishment, then given to Ukraine.
The Mamba Mk 2 is an improved version of the original Mamba 4×4 Armored Personnel Carrier (APC) vehicle designed for internal security purposes. Nine Mamba variants had been developed for specific customer requirements and marketing.

The monocoque V-shaped hull of the Mamba Mk 2 is of all-welded steel armor construction that provides a very high degree of protection against anti-tank mines as well as small arms fire and shell splinters. The standard Mamba Mk 2 steel hull and glass provide protection against 5.56 × 34 mm and 7.62 × 51 mm NATO hull αммυиιтισи with optional protection against 7.62 × 51 mm NATO armor-piercing αммυиιтισи.
The Mamba Mk 2 has a conventional design for a 4×4 armored vehicle with the engine at the front, commander and driver position in the middle, and troop compartment at the rear. Nine troops are carried, five seated on the left side and four on the right side facing each other on individual seats with a full harness seat belt.
The Mamba Mk 2 is powered by Mercedes-Benz OM 352 6-cylinder water-cooled diesel engine developing 123 hp at 2,800 rpm coupled to a Mercedes-Benz UG2/30 717.801 transmission with a 4-speed manual, 2 ranges, high and low. It can run at a maximum road speed of 102 km/h with a maximum cruising range of 900 km in road conditions and 500 km off-road.
